Feel the temperature change in the evaporator air, switch between cooling and heating mode, adjust the overheating of the electronic expansion valve, experience the influence of the fan design on the noise level, perform defrost programs, and evaluate the parameters interactively on the LogP-H diagram. Observe the states of aggregation of the refrigerant at 5 different locations in the refrigeration circuit and much more. Our heat pump weighs 40kg and operates on low voltage.

For our client, we are developing a plant for alkali electrolysis in larger laboratory operations (total system including stack). We bridge the gap between laboratory operation and industrial application. The plant is a standalone test stand with containers, pumps, sensors (T,P,F), gas dryers, gas separators, safety concept, … . A port for gas analysis is also set up. The stack is modular and various flow fields, electrode materials, catalysts, and membranes can be tested in industrial pre-scale.

As a third-party provider in an EFRE project, we are allowed to develop an electrochemical CO2 reduction plant for applications up to 50bar and temperatures up to 90°C. The standalone test stand includes containers, HPLC pumps, a sophisticated pressure control system, safety system, ports for gas analysis, and more. The stack is modularly designed and can be operated in zero-gap construction or GDE construction (Gas Diffusion Electrode). This allows reductions of CO2 down to methane. But also intermediate stages of other C1 compounds such as carboxylic acids, formaldehyde, and methanol are possible.
